Library services are available free to residents or property owners of the R.M. of Brokenhead, the Town of Beausejour and any students of the Edward Schreyer School, Beausejour Early Years School, Happy Time Nursery School, or Gillis School.

A non-residential fee of $25 per family is to be paid annually by anyone that does not fit the above criteria. This fee is to be paid in cash and a receipt issued to the patron for amount paid.
